Chatter - A translated story from the Korean Beat reveals that a Chosun Ilbo reporter was “shocked” to find unpunished prostitution in Busan, South Korea:
Not to point out the obvious but I see these prostitution cards every day scattered about the sidewalk. I’ve seen them in Daegu, Busan and Seoul. They’re often lined up in neat little lines on the steps of shady, back-alley motels as well. Quite frankly, I’m more shocked that it took the Chosun this long to address rampant, illegal prostitution.A reporter gathered these prostitution cards from the area around the famous Haeundae beach and took this photo with a caption noting that — you may want to sit down for this — the businesses have gone unpunished despite advertising themselves so openly.

I believe the will not be any punishment forthcoming but probably occasional raids on the prostitutes who will then get immediately released.
Welcome to the world brother! ;)
